1. (for no 1. only draw and calculate, no construction is required) [5]

In a triangle ABC , <ABC=450 <BCA=900

a) Name the third angle and measure it.

b) In this type of triangle :

AB is known as---- -- , AC is known as ----- and BC is known as------

2. Do Any Two [5*2=10]

(i) Construct a triangle ABC , where AB=7cm , AC=10cm , and <ABC=1200 Measure the other two angles and the third side. What type of triangle it is (both according to angles and sides) ?

(ii) Draw a triangle ABC where AB =5 cm, BC= 6 cm and CA= 7 cm. draw another triangle PQR where PQ= 7.5 cm ,QR=9cm and RP=10.5cm.Measure the angles of triangle ABC and triangle PQR and compare The two triangles.

(iii) construct a triangle whose one side is 8 cm and the two angles adjacent to the side are each 450 . Measure the third angle and the length of other two sides. What type of triangle it is?
