* * * *In the Price Fixation & Infrastructure Committee (PF&IC) meeting held on

18.01.2016, the land cost for 25.74 acres of Annavaram & Chippada (V) is fixed at

Rs.448/-psm for allotment as Undeveloped Land. Hence, no development cost is to be

incurred by APIIC.

The cost of land is worked out to Rs.16,92A25/- per acre. However, while submission ofthe alienation proposals to CCLAthe District Collector stated that the Market value forthe surrounding lands in Annavaram and Chippada Villages are ranging from Rs.13-1Slakhs per acre and Rs.1S-17 lakhs per acre respectively.APLMA recommendedGovernment to fix the Market value at Rs.2Slakhs per acre.

After careful examination, the Committee recommended an average rate of Rs.18,OO,OOOper acre which works to Rs.448/- per square metre for allotment of land asUndeveloped. The price will be valid up to 31.03.2016 only. Process fee may becollected separately while allotment as per Allotnment Regulations,201S.

1. Zonal office should not incur any expenditure towards development works.2. Any clarification regarding documentation to be obtained from Ass:etmanagement

wmg.3. The price fixed above is excluding Process Fee. Hence, the offifers concerned

may collect Process fee in addition to the price fixed above (448/-psm) as per theclause no.9.4 of Allotment regulations, 2015.
