in the name of M/s. Sri
Nagarjuna Stone Crushers, Daharmavaram (V), Nagari (M), Chittoor
Dt. with a validity period
upto 30.06.2026.
In the reference 2nd cited, the industry submitted a
representation at RO, Tirupati for
name change from M/s. Sri Nagarjuna Stone Crushers to M/s.Rasi
Stone Crusher.
In the reference 3rd cited, the EE, RO, Tirupati forwarded the
request letter of the
industry to ZO, Kurnool.
The issue was placed in the CFO Committee meeting held on
16.09.2019. The
committee after detailed discussion on the agenda recommended to
issue amendment to CFO order
dt.08.10.2018 to change the name of the stone crusher from M/s.
Sri Nagarjuna Stone Crushers to
M/s.Rasi Stone Crusher.
The Board after careful examination of the industry’s request
and recommendation of the
CFO committee hereby issues the following amendment to the
Consent order issued by the
Board vide reference 1st cited.
“The name of the industry mentioned in CFO order ref 1st cited
i.e. M/s. Sri Nagarjuna
Stone Crushers, Daharmavaram (V), Nagari (M), Chittoor Dt
hereafter shall be read as M/s.
Rasi Stone Crushers, Daharmavaram (V), Nagari (M), Chittoor
Dt
All other conditions mentioned in the CFO Order issued vide
reference 1st cited remain
the same.
