EXPERIENCE
Wire harness manufacturing
Manufactured many new engine harnesses to extend the life of our ageing airframe and provide work that instilled confidence and trust to our pilots.
Conducted multiple special inspections in which several unserviceable harnesses were dis-covered.
During Airframes Bulletin 346 replaced each damaged harness over continuous 14 hour shift per harness allowing safe operation of all aircraft.
Testing
Making use of the most advanced test sets currently employed by the United States Marine Corps.
Using publications, blueprints and schematics to ensure proper function of aircraft avionics systems.
Troubleshooting
Able to recognize different type of faults to quickly return aircraft back into service saving down time and saving taxpayers money in the process.
Directly returned aircraft back to safe status efficiently and in a safe manner after a nose gearbox temperature indication system failure allowing the transportation of an additional 150+ unscheduled Marines.
