The Aligning Efforts & Integrated Support project is aimed at leveraging and coordinating the expertise of the Arizona Department of Education to support and empower districts and schools as they work to dramatically improve student achievement.

• Identify unique needs, challenges and strengths• Create and implement action plans in collaboration

with LEAs/schools to meet identified needs• Meet on an ad hoc basis, but at least once a month• Communiques circulated to Integrated Support COP,
