Making Up
Cut out two circles in the grey felt, a little biggerthan the
eye whites. Cut the circles a little bit sothey now look like moon
crescent shaped, this isso they fit around the safety eyes. Sew the
feltdown using grey cotton. Now sew on the whiteeyes you attached
earlier around the edges ontothe body. Using pins position the
eyebrows at aslight angle just a little over the top of the
whitesof the eyes and sew them on around the edges,make sure you
dont sew down the left and rightside of the eyebrows so they stick
out. Firmly stuffthe beak and sew onto the body directly underthe
middle of both eye whites. Position the bellyunder the beak, secure
it with pins to keep itsposition and sew it around the edge onto
the
body. Stuff the head feather and sew it on the topcentre of the
head. Sew the head marking ontothe top of the head just above the
eyebrows andin the centre.
