2. Take out 1 blank square grid paper. You will need
to construct pairs of parallel lines and perpendicular
lines, in different orientation, on the square- grid paper
3. In the next activity, construct another pair of
perpendicular lines and parallel lines respectively on
the lines drawn to form rectangles. Repeat the activity
for drawing squares on another blank square grid
paper.
4. Take out Activity Sheet 1. Complete the drawing of
a square or rectangle on the square grid.
5. Keep the square grid papers in your bag once done
for submission when you are back in school.

draw perpendicular and parallel lines, extending from
another straight line, to form a rectangle using a ruler,
protractor and set square. Use a blank A4 paper to
draw rectangle and a square.
3. Refer to Textbook Page 141 (Hands-on Activity).
Answer the questions on another piece of blank A4
paper. Submit your papers when you come back to
school.
4. Do page 169 to 172 of your Math Workbook. Do not
