obtain authorization under the relevant Hazardous Waste Management

Rules [rom MPCB as an operator of facility and operate integrated facility

in accordance with 'the stipulations 01' MPCB as mentioned in the Letter

of Authorization. MIDC considers this Waste treatment and disposal as

an industrial activity.

The land use change in S. No. G1 (part) to GG and S. No. 68 to 74

and S. No. 77 and 85 in Village Chal, Panvel Taluka, Dist: Raigad for

Hazardous Waste Treatment Storage and Disposal Facility may please be

noted. Any activity nearby the Said Facility has to be carried out with due

care.
