Memphis, TN.
It is a pleasure to announce and welcome all of you to the chartering of a graduate
chapter with seventeen (17) professional registered nurses. The name of the charter
chapter is Chi Chi Chi, located in Memphis. TN, Southeast Region.
DATE: Saturday, July 16, 2016 TIME: 9:00 am – 9: 45 am Continental Breakfast
10:00 am Chartering Ceremony

Innovation Studio at Methodist University Hospital

Chartering Donation: Each member planning to attend the chartering is requested to
donate $30.00 per attendee. The donation will be used to support the Chi Club
breakfast, lunch and reception. Cash preferred or money order made payable to Tracie
Moore.
Chartering Attire: Members & charter candidates shall wear unadorned black dress,
suit, pant suit, black shoes (professional business attire) to the chartering intake
ceremony.
