It is a pleasure to announce and welcome all of you to the chartering of a graduate chapwith eighteen (18) professional registered nurses. The name of the charter chapter is Phi Chi , located in Vicksbur g, MS., Southeast Region .
DATE: Satur day, June 18, 2016 TIME: 9:00 am – 9: 45 am Continental Breakfast
10:00 am Chartering Ceremony
CHARTERING LOCATION Alcorn State University Vicksburg Campus
(Within the Vicksburg Mall)3505 Pemberton Square Blvd.
Chartering Donation: Each member planning to attend the chartering is requested to donat$20.00. The donation is in support of the new chapter’s evening reception which will be the“First Annual Nurses Ball”. Cash preferred or money order made payable to Nat West.
Chartering Attire: Members & charter candidates shall wear unadorned black dress, suit, psuit, black shoes (professional business attire) to the chartering intake ceremony.
Celebration Reception /Nurses’ Ball will be held at the:Southern Cultural Heritage Center

2. Travel 0.5 miles and merge onto I-20 W

Travel 2.6 miles and take Hallsferry Rd-Exit 1C
4. Travel 0.25 miles and turn left onto Hallsferry Rd
5. Travel 0.39 miles and turn right onto Pemberton Sq. Blvd.
6. Travel 0.7 miles and Alcorn State University is on the left inside of the Vicksburg Mall.
