to care for those within and outside our congregation who are struggling with the challenges of life. Help each of us

to recognize their needs so that we can reach out with your love and compassion. Help us also to recognize those

among us who could benefit from additional care so that we may guide them to our pastors and Stephen leaders,

who can help them receive the special attention they need. Draw us ever closer, Lord and unite us in our love for

you and for one another. We pray in the name of Jesus Amen. Call the church office to reach a Stephen leader.

ABOUT TALENTS—God has uniquely designed each of us with a set of talents. We offer the 7-week Living Your

Strengths Journey 3-4 times/year to help you uncover your “Top 5” talent themes and how they make you

“you”. Following is 1 of 34 themes and how it’s designed to bless… Might it be one of yours?

THE BLESSING OF THE HARMONY TALENT stems from what you can see and how you can respond to what you see.

You see where people can come together when in conflict, and how people can resolve their differences. Usually

one on one and one at a time, you meet with those in conflict and help each person to clarify their own position and

come to see the point of view of the person with whom they are in conflict. In so doing, you help conflicting people

move to reconciliation. Often you do all of this behind the scenes, so sometimes your contributions go unrecognized.

But know that even if no one knows but you, you make a significant and a very positive difference in all of the groups

and relationships that you are a part of. How do you use your Harmony talent in service of God and others?
