G. "DOCK" DOCKERY, DPM, FACFAS, is a Fellow and Past Board of Director of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Foot & Ankle Dermatology, the American College of Foot and Ankle Orthopedics and Medicine and the American College of Foot and Ankle Pediatrics. Dr. Dockery is Board Certified in Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery and is Board Certified in Podiatric Orthopedics by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is a Distinguished Practitioner in the Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Division of the National Academies of Practice. He was voted “One of America’s 175 Most Influential Podiatrist” of 2006 and voted as “Movers and Shakers: America’s Most Influential Podiatrists” in 2012, by the Podiatry Management Magazine Editors & Advisors. He has published more than 140 scientific articles in peer-reviewed medical journals and he founded the International Foot & Ankle Foundation for Education and Research in 1979 and is currently the Chairman of the Board and the Director of Scientific Affairs of that organization.

ROBERT W. GIERING, MD, MS is a board certified physician in both Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Management. He is currently the medical director and owner of Taconic Spine, a spine center of excellence in Manchester Center, Vermont. Dr. Giering specializes in developing optimized non-surgical treatment options for spine and chronic pain conditions. He is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and the North American Spine Society. He is a member of the Vermont Medical Society and more recently has served on the Governor of Vermont’s ad hoc committee on Pain Management, helping to formulate opioid policy at the state level. Dr. Giering has published book chapters and numerous scholarly articles and abstracts.

STEVEN R. KRAVITZ, DPM, FAPWHc, FACFAS is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and Certified in Wound Healing by the Council for Medical Education and Testing. He is the Founder and President of the Academy of Physicians in Wound Healing (APWH) and the Council for Medical Education and Testing (CMET). He is an Assistant Professor for the Advanced Wound Healing Center, Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine where he has served continuously as faculty for 35 years. He continues to do research and author multiple articles; he is an internationally known speaker on wound healing and related topics.

ADAM LANDSMAN, DPM, PhD, FACFAS is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at the Harvard University School of Medicine, and a Podiatrist in the Department of Orthopaedics at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is Board Certified in Foot Surgery, and is a member of the Journal Managerial Committee of the American College of Foot and Ankle surgeons. He served as the Scientific Chair of the International Aesthetic Foot Society over the last year. Dr. Landsman has authored approximately 90 peer-reviewed studies, several book chapters, and has lectured extensively in the United States and internationally.

BRYAN C. MARKINSON, DPM is the Chief of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and Associate Professor in the Leni and Peter W. May Dept. of Orthopedic Surgery of the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York City. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Markinson founded the Podiatric Pathology service at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Currently, he is an instructor in the Department of Dermatologic Surgery and Team Member of the Skin Cancer and Melanoma Unit of the Tisch Cancer Center. He is a frequent lecturer nationally on various aspects of podiatric dermatology and nail pathology. In 2004, he was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Council for Nail Disorders, a position he still holds. His areas of special interest are skin and nail fungal infections, pedal melanoma, soft tissue masses, pedal dermatitis, longitudinal melanonychia, and podiatric dermatological risk management.
