The United States International Community

United States International Univesity—Africa is a n associate c a m p u s of United

States international University in S a n Diego, California. T h e r e are other

associate c a m p u s e s in the U . K . (U.S. International U n i v e r s i t y — E u r o p e ) a n d

Mexico (Universidad international de Mexico). T h e University from its inception

developed a n international student body and faculty in international settings

because it believes h u m a n problems are international and cross-cultural a n d

thus must be approached from s u c h a persepective. A hallmark of U S I U is its

belief that the brotherhood of m a n is an attainable goal towards which we must

continue to strive.

Academic Programs and Faculty

All U S i U c a m p u s e s are private, nonprofit U . S . accredited educational

institutions. U . S . international University—Africa offers undergraduate degrees

in Business Administration, H u m a n Behaviour, Psychology, Sociology and

International Relations. Graduate degrees include a Master of S c i e n c e in

Management and Organizational Development and a Master of Business

Administration. Students have the opportunity to complete their studies in

K e n y a or they choose to transfer to other universities including other U S I U

campuses.

T h e full-time resident faculty is augmented by visiting professors from our

associate c a m p u s e s and by academically qualified part-time staff from resident

international agencies, and local professional centers and institutions in the

Nairobi community.

United States International University is listed in the Barrens " G u i d e to United

States Universities" as one of the most prestigious and most exciting colleges in

the United States,
