Payment schedule is as follows: May 15th dues notice are mailed to homeowners June 15th payment is due to HOA Treasurer July 31st is the final cutoff day we will except payment before a
late fee is assessed (Late fees are $10.00) Please notify the treasurer by June 1st if you
have not received a dues notice*Note: Not receiving bill by mail does not relieve your payment
responsibilities.

Fences 2 requested and approved 1 request to raise an existing fence above 6 foot limit was

Homeowners Responsibilities Be a good neighbor Keep home and surrounding area clean and free
of debris/clutter Pick up after your animals (use leash for walks) Keep grass neatly trimmed (both sides of
sidewalk) Respect your neighbors and their property Notify the BOD of any violations or nuisances you
are unable to resolve Check the website for news and updates Police yourself and be familiar with the
covenants and restrictions of Greenbrier (e.g. No storing of RVs and boats.)
Get approval BEFORE you build (fence, deck, addition, shed, and etc.) 19
