Accomplishments for 2015…
Hosted 452 students and 50 faculty from across the US and abroad including Canada, Tasmania, Chile, Israel, Portugal, Australia, and Finland
Opened an on-site art supply store netting over $4,200 in profit the first year
Participated in The Seattle Foundation’s Annual Big Give fundraising campaign, netting the school $3,600
Partnered with Lavender Wind Farm and Vail Wine Shop for a Wine Garden during the Lavender Wind Festival, netting the school $905
Accomplishments for 2015…
Partnered with local community to hold another successful garage sale as a fundraiser for the school, netting the school over $5,000
Partnered with Whidbey Expressions Art Show artists who gave a percentage of their sales as a fundraiser for the art school, netting over $800
Hosted the annual Coupeville Arts Festival Art Gallery, netting $2000 for the art school. Awarded the Best of Show with $150 cash prize
Accomplishments for 2015…
Partnered with The Compass Rose B&B who hosted 12 champagne receptions for our visiting faculty and students
Partnered with Heritage Bank in hanging artwork for sale at the Coupeville branch
Offered five free lectures and presentations for the community led by such faculty members as Sam Abell, Keron Psillas, Robert Stahl, and Jane Davies
Continue to rent meeting and library space to the Whidbey Weavers Guild
Accomplishments for 2015…
Awarded a $500 scholarship to a graduating senior from Coupeville High School
Awarded the Joan Brosnahan Scholarship ($200) to a mixed media artist.
Received a brand new storage shed, donated by Bob & Carol Bement.
Collaborated with Friends of Ebey on a holiday ornament fundraiser
