Annual report tips
ContentSupplying the agency content in the right format can
significantly reduce costs. Supplying copy in Word and charts
and financials in Excel (or Word with an accompanying PDF)
will limit handling time and errors.
Authors correctionsBefore stipulating the amount of corrections to plan for,
factor in the number of stakeholders with input into the
annual report. The cost of authors corrections can be
significantly reduced if thoroughly edited final content
is supplied prior to typesetting.
Compelling photographyThe ideal annual report design has a balanced amount of
powerful images and text. Use words as well as images to
convey how far your company has come in one year.
Utilise infographics and call-outs throughoutEffective section structures and graphics that pull out
key statistics or phrases all help to break up heavy text,
increasing the readers interest and retention of the content.
