With this is mind, we reflect upon the 2016-2017 school year, and the manners in which we incorporated the Five Characteristics of a Marianist Education in all aspects of life here at Gross Catholic High School.

CeleBration 33 was “powered up” by the Powers Family Siblings, the chair couples for “Our Grand Affair” in 2017. Tim ’88 and Carrie Powers, Don and Sara Powers Merrill ’91, and John and Liz Powers Schow ’96 helped Cougar parents, alumni and student volunteers welcome 320 guests to this outstanding event. The grand affair raised a total of $217,370 for the students and programs of Gross Catholic High School.

John and Margaret Egermier were the recipients of the 2017 Dux Esto Award.

Each year, we ask the Gross Catholic community to support a project or program in the school that we would not be able to accomplish without CeleBration. We are so grateful for our generous Celebration 33 donors who made it possible to purchase two new vans for our students’ use.

Special thanks to Baxter Auto Group for helping us purchase our new vans!
