Scholarships are awarded to applicants who (a) will be attending a post-secondary program at an accredited institution (two–year, four-year, technical or trade school) and (b) meet donor-specified criteria in addition to these defined and objective scoring categories:

50% Academic Performance (30% Weighted / 20% Yearly Improvement from grades 9-12)

25% School Activities & Attendance (Time commitment provided by coach/advisor)

25% Volunteerism / Skill Enrichment / Work Experience (Non-school related activity, scouts, private instruction, sports clubs, employment)

Additional scholarships funded through our partnership with the York County Community Foundation are also awarded through donor-

specified criteria.

In 2016, our cumulative awards since 1994 will exceed $1 million!
