Dr Peter Weinstein (BS, Cornell; DVM, Illinois, MBA, Redlands) is a formerveterinary practice owner that has morphed into an advocate for the veterinaryprofession as a coach, consultant and leader in organized veterinary medicine. While owning his practice he was extremely influenced by The E Myth byMichael E Gerber. Utilizing the content in the book and the teachings from hisMBA, he was able to expand, move, and eventually sell his practice to a con-solidator. The discussions will focus on building a veterinary business with astrong foundation that delivers a consistent experience for clients, patients, staff and management. This is done by creating a series of systems andprocesses that ensure that things are done correctly each time, every time.
