Amended Tax Return for 2014 Tax Submission completed; $50 discrepancy in 2013 filed taxes identified during 2014 tax preps; Self Reported No penalty incurred; In 2016, Planning to post monthly financial reports on Chapter Website; CHAPTER OPERATIONS WEB SITE HOSTING CHANGE Previous Vendor was not providing adequate availability, reliability & functionality There were numerous issues with sending outblasts as well as login and meeting registration issues. Site administration was clunky and difficult to use Web platform did not offer functionality to help facilitate, manage and promote sponsorships. We achieved a seamless migration WEB PAGE REFRESH New look and feel Much improved ease of use New functionality CHAPTER MEMBERSHIP & VOLUNTEERING MEMBERSHIP Membership Count: 325 (as of 12/26/15) o Member Count over the last three years: January 2013 312 January 2014 321 January 2015 314 December 2015 325 Retention Rate is 75.32% Membership Demographics by Industry o Nuclear Energy & Cleanup 35% o Construction 11% o Engineering 11% o Information Technology 11% o Education 8% o Medical, Utilities, Finance, etc.
