coated chain link fence or vinyl chain link

fence. It is mostly used at high moistness

environment or beach-shore environment,

because double protection and long

duration. The PVC coated color can be

chosen, the common request color is black

and dark green.

PVC coated wire, steel wire is

first coated with zinc and then covered with a

vinyl polymer coating that helps prevent rust

and adds color, normally PVC layer is 1.0mm

at least, color can be dark green, black, blue,

AL-ZN coated chain link fence. GALFAN

chain link fence is a 95% zinc 5% aluminum

alloy with proven durability, flexibility, and 3-

4 times the life expectancy of conventional

galvanized wire chain link fence. GALFAN

chain link can adapt to the harsh industrial

and seacoast atmospheres which easily

cause deterioration in other metals.

GALFAN wire (aluminum-zinc

alloy coated wire), which is produced with a

finish comprised of 95% zinc 5% aluminum

alloy which is bonded to the steel core wire, 2coating is 150g-600g/m .

coated steel wire, such aluminized chain

link fence do not need any painting again,

Aluminum coated steel wire which is

produced by cold-drawing steel rod into

wire of the appropriate diameter. The steel

rod from which the wire is drawn shall be

produced by the open hearth, electric

Installation

The installation steps are as following:

1. Measure the layout of the fence gate to

determine the location.

2. Dig the holes with 500mm deep, or at

least 200mm.

3. Set the posts into the ground and attach

the fence to them. The posts may comprise

steel tubing, timber or concrete and may be

driven into the ground or set in concrete.

4. Corner or gate posts, commonly referred

to as terminal posts, must either be set in

concrete footing or otherwise anchored to

prevent leaning under the tension of a

stretched fence.

5. Use accessories attaching two railway

cups and tighten the loose fence.

6. Attach the necessary hardware to ensure

that the location of all the latches and

chains, and everything is in place and then

tighten all hardware.
