1. Incomplete form will be rejected. It is compulsory to attach a self attestedphotocopy of marksheet of class IX and 4 recent passport size photographs to

 the admission form. Students can also enroll for ANTHE by submitting a selfattestedphotocopyoftheirIdentityCardissuedbytheschool.

2. It is compulsory to provide Mobile No. & E-mail ID of the student / parent / guardian. The result of tests or any other information by the Institute will be sent to the student via SMS and / on E-mail ID. Institute shall not be responsible if anyinformation regarding result or anything else is not received by the student ifhe/she has not given his/her or parent’s / Guardian’s updated & correct MobileNo. / E-mailID inAakashNationalTalentHuntExamEnrollmentform atthe time ofregistration.

3. TheStream opted bythe student atthe time of filling theregistration formshall befinal.Nochangesin thestreamoptedshall beentertained atlater stage.

4. During the Two Year Course Program at Aakash, a student must meet thefollowing requirements failing which his/her free-ship program will be revokedwith immediate effect. The decision of Chairman, AESPL shall be final andbindingtothestudentsandtheparents.

The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below85%throughout theclassroomprogram.It is compulsory for a student under this program to write all his/her class test papers conductedby the institute in their batches.

Thestudentswillbe required to maintain a minimum of65%marksintheirregularassessmenttests*.

The students will be required to maintain aminimum of55%marks in theirregularassessment tests*.

(c) Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of theadministrationof AESPL whether in thehostel premises or in theclassroomcentre, will not be accepted. A warning will be issued to such students,offering them another chance to improve their behaviour. Despite warning,

if the student does not alter his/her attitude and commits another act ofindiscipline further, his/her candidature for the free-ship program will berevoked withimmediate effect.

(d) In case a student misbehaves / gets involved in negative activities like teasing, theft, indiscipline, use of abusive languages, he/she can berusticatedbytheCentreHeadandnofeeshallberefundedinsuchcases.

(e) If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Centre Head, then a warning letter will be issuedagainst him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to

default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the free-shipprogram of suchstudentwill be revoked withimmediate effect.

(f) However, if a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeksdue to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the

Centre Incharge, his/her candidature for the free-ship program will berevoked.

5. *To be eligible for cash awards, it is mandatory for top 1000 students (500 in

Medical & 500 in Engineering) to join our DLP Course before

irrespective of whether they join our Classroom course or not. Once the DLP

Enrollment is done, it will not be cancelled in any case. The students will fill

separateenrollmentform forDLP. Nofee will becharged forDLPCourse.It will be

100%Free.

6. ANTHE students can enroll in our regular week days / weekend Two Year Coursebatches.

7. If any student fails in class XI in school exam, this ANTHE facility will bewithdrawn&thestudentwillbedisqualifiedfromtheprogram.

8. If at any centre, the strength of ANTHE students in a batch is 20 or more, adedicatedbatchof suchstudentswill bemade.However, if thestrengthof ANTHEstudents at a centreis less than 20,thenthey will be allottedthe best batchat thecentre.

9. In case, any dispute or difference arises between student / parents and theInstituteregardingthe interpretationof theseterms andconditions, non-paymentof any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms andconditions, thesameshall be referredto solearbitratorwhoshall be appointedby

 the Chairman of M/s Aakash Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. The proceedingsshall be conducted at Delhi under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Actand the Courts at Delhi only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be. If an arbitrator to whom the matter is referredrefuses toact or forany reason, does notenter thereference or after entering into

 the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceededwith, it shall be lawful for the Chairman of M/s Aakash Educational Services Pvt.

Ltd. to appoint another person to act as arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Suchperson shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at whichproceeding was left by his predecessor, if both the par ties consent to this effect,failingwhichthe newarbitratorwillbe entitled toproceed de novo.
