Antique & traditional Small boat show Fourteenth Reedville Antique and Traditional Small Boat Show September 9, 2017 Registrations are already being made for the Reedville 2017 Antique and Traditional Small Boat Show sponsored by the Museum and the Tidewater Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society. Boats are asked to arrive Saturday, September 9 th , before 8:30am. Food and drink will be available for purchase along with a Craft Beer Mart. The event promises to be another great visual display. A Passfor the entire show and Museum admission is $5 and children 12 and under are free. Free rides on the Elva C will be available. The skipjack Claud Somers is scheduling a cruise for that day. Advanced reservations ($25 for Museum members) are suggested. Volunteers are needed to help put the show together. Contact Clif Ames at (804) 453-3506 or email [email protected] for registration and questions on the boat gathering. The Nautical Flea Market will be 9:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday, September 9 th . As of early May, we had already received requests for spaces. We love these early birds! And this bodes well for a monumental turnout. Flea market spaces are $25 each. Dont take too literally the word nautical”, just clean out your closet, garage, basement as well as office and bring your stuff”. The process may well make you a local hero around your house. This sort of thing has been known to enhance marriages, bring children home for a visit, and increase property values. Remember, 9am to 5pm on September 9 th .
