Order entering and booking ishappening in this OM R12 instance (L2 instance), and all other process like shipping process are happenedin L3 systems (11i systems), After shipping the details are loaded back to L2 System. For L2 , L3 Transactionprocess Motorola solutions maintain a set of interfaces. In this project we are supporting all these interfacesand the OM application using incident management system.
