Anurag has a Bachelor of Technology (Civil Engineering) degree from IIT Delhi, apart from a Post Graduate Diploma in

Management from IIM Bangalore. This PGP topper is in the Director’s Merit List for being among the top 5% of over

400 students in the PGP batch of 2014-16.

He has 22 months of work experience as Software Engineer, Product Development in PayPal India Pvt. Ltd.,

Bangalore, where he won laurels for Leadership, Innovation and Product Development. He has interned with

Deutsche Bank and SNC Lavalin.

Anurag has taken part in several social initiatives and volunteered 150 plus hours for social projects including anti-

smoking campaigns, campus cleanliness drives, etc. He has raised funds for Manav Care, an NGO working for rural

welfare; he was a volunteer at the Indian Leprosy Foundation and participated in leprosy eradication drives.

As Senior Coordinator of the student-run literary club called Bookrack, he initiated and organized Lit-up (a book quiz)

for a batch of more than 400 students at IIMB. This avid blogger organized Ink Route, a story writing contest at IIMB

in his first year. He was awarded Master Storyteller at the ideas workshop conducted by Innovation University, EBay,

in 2013.

Delighted to receive the gold medal for bagging the first rank in the two-year programme, Anurag says: “The learning

and the exposure gained at IIMB during the past two years are truly invaluable.”
