The months from mid January until mid March is the period to undergo this unique and life time experience.

P O I N T S O F C O N C E R N :

Igloo and Snow related activities are subject to timely and sufficient snowas well as favorable weather conditions. Safety is our prime concern.

The Igloo Camp is located at approx. 10,000 feet MSL in Hamta/SethanVillage which is approx 10 kms uphill from Base Camp @ Hotel KeylingaInn at Prini (4 Kms from Mall Road, Manali).

There could be rare occasion when the road to & fro Igloo Camp remaintemporarily blocked due to heavy snowfall or even otherwise beyond

bhuman control. In such circumstances, please be prepared to descend onfoot under supervision of our experts to reach Base Camp which normallytakes 2 / 3 hours .

We suggest to keep a day or two spare in hands while scheduling to avoiddisappointment due to situation aforementioned.

Gum Boots / Hiking Boots : Igloo Camp is about 200 m away from theroad head, we suggest quality boots with good grip to keep you feetfirmed up and warm in snow.p

Woolen Jacket, Sweater, Cap, Socks & Hand Gloves (keep extra pair),Thermal Innerwear to keep you cozy and comfortable.

Sun glasses to help prevent direct exposure to the sun's UV raysreflecting from snow into eyes which may cause temporary irritation andg y y p ydiscomfort .

REFUND POLICY :

100% refund of booking amount in case of non availability of Igloos /cancellation by management due to unforeseen circumstances beyondhuman controlhuman control.

70% refund of booking amount in case we could not move to Igloo Sitefrom our Base Camp owning to blockade of road due to heavy snowfall.

50% refund of booking amount if cancellation is done fifteen days priorto the stay date in the Igloo Camp (transaction charges will be deductedto the stay date in the Igloo Camp (transaction charges will be deductedfor bank transfers).

0% refund of booking amount will be made if cancellation is received lessthan one week of stay date in the Igloo Camp.
