European ClearcoatMRS-6200 is a polyester clearcoat formulated for superior leveling, excellent gloss and easy sanding. This clearcoat utilizes the best UV stabilizers to prevent yellowing. MRS-6200 has excellent adhesion to both acrylic and polyester basecoat systems and easy to buff the next day or 3-4 days later.

Acrylic Urethane ClearcoatMRS-21 TEK-ELITE Clearcoat is a 2.1 V.O.C. clearcoat formulated to be used in the most stringent V.O.C. areas. This acrylic urethane clearcoat is a multi-panel/overcoat clearcoat. It can be used as an air dry or bake system clearcoat.

Ultimate ClearThis acrylic urethane clearcoat is suitable for single-panel or overall refi nishing. Ultimate Clear is National Rule compliant and off ers excellent gloss and durability. Excellent fl ow and leveling properties make this clearcoat very user friendly.

Rapid Cure Acrylic Urethane ClearcoatThis is an acrylic urethane clearcoat specifi cally designed for rapid production environments. RS-4810 can be baked at low temperatures for 10 minutes or air dried 1½ to 2 hours before sanding and buffi ng. It saves on booth time and energy costs, while signifi cantly increasing shop throughput.

3 Minute High Production Acrylic Urethane ClearcoatThis acrylic urethane clearcoat reaches a dust-free fi nish in about 3 minutes. It is the ideal clearcoat for shops that have airborne dirt and overspray problems. RS-2600V is also an excellent choice as a cut-in clear for replacement parts.

Blend-Eze Panel Blender/Color CheckerThis is a unique blend of premium solvents and resins designed to be used as a panel blender for 2K clearcoat systems and single-stage urethanes. It is compatible with most major clearcoat, basecoat and single-stage urethane systems. RS-2710 can also be used to check color match or as a wet-bed sealer.

2.1 V.O.C. Blend-Eze Uniform Finish CoatA blend of premium compliant solvents and resins designed to be used as a panel blender for 2K clearcoats and single-stage urethane paint systems. It is compatible with most single-stage urethane systems, basecoats and clearcoats. MRS-2720-Q can also be used to check color match or layout of metallic colors. It is an excellent alternative to aerosol blending solvents in 2.1 V.O.C. areas.

Non-sanding, single-coat sealer with excellent solvent resistance and color holdout. Can be used as a barrier coat over problem areas or substrates. RS-776 can also be tinted up to 5% with toner or primer tints to improve topcoat hiding.

2.1 V.O.C. 1K Acrylic SealerA ready-to-spray acrylic sealer that has excellent adhesion properties as well as great color holdout. MRS-810 sprays out smooth and is very resistent to undercoat lifting. Can be used wet-on-wet application and does not require sanding before topcoating.

Tek-Elite Waterborne SealerA premium non-sanding, ready-to-spray sealer that has superior solvent resistance for enhanced color holdout. It sprays out to a smooth, non-porous surface that creates a uniform surface for all topcoats, except lacquers. Tek-Elite 2.1 V.O.C. Epoxy Primer/SealerA two-component, 100% epoxy primer with good fi lm build and exceptional anti-corrosion properties for DTM applications. It has excellent adhesion to properly sanded and cleaned bare metals, including aluminum. MRS-78 can be sanded, when needed, and can be intermixed to achieve various shades of grey.

Epoxy PrimerA fast-drying epoxy with excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion to a variety of properly prepared metals and some automotive plastics. It can be directly topcoated, wet-on-wet, with any topcoat system.

Self Etching Primer/FillerAn acid-based, etching primer designed to optimize adhesion to bare metal substrates and provide a corrosion resistant barrier between substrate and coatings. It is ideal for use on properly cleaned and sanded steel, galvanized and aluminum. Do not apply polyester fi llers directly over this primer.

Universal 1K Self Etch PrimerA smooth, fast-drying, one-component primer that produces the ultimate adhesion on bare metal, galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cured paint, body fi ller and plastics. Aerosol version can be directly top coated with any acrylic or polyester based product. Chromate Free! Do not apply polyester fi llers directly over this primer.

2.1 V.O.C. Plastic Werkes Plastic SealerMRS-7301 Plastic Primer Sealer is a 1K primer sealer formulated to be applied to clean, unsanded plastics, especially polyolefi n plastics (TPO, TEO and PP). It increases productivity by eliminating the sanding step for raw, unprimed plastic parts. Clean the surface with MRS-7300 Plastic Blast, then apply MRS-7301 Plastic Seal Primer Sealer. Universal Flex AgentUniversal Flex Agent for acrylic lacquer or enamel. Eliminates paint cracking on urethane or other fl exible parts. The specialized formula will not discolor paint. Works in two component urethane clears.

Top Gun AcceleratorFor use in all 2K urethane fi nishes. Add to each new can of isocyanate activator. Then mix according to manufacturer’s instructions with the appropriate clearcoat or primer. Has no eff ect on shelf life of activators and has little eff ect on the pot life of ready-to-spray primers or clearcoats. Eliminates the need to add accelerator each time you mix paint. Speeds up cure-through times by 30-50 percent.

Step Two:HydroCut™ Polish can be used with a wool pad to remove sand scratches or with MRS-685 Cut & Polish Foam Pad to remove scratches and swirl marks. With wool, set buffer to 1200-1500rpm. With foam, set to 1000-1200rpm. Apply enough material for several pass to effectively remove swirls and polish the surface to a high gloss.

Step One:Use HydroCut™ Compound with RS-644 Low Linting Compound Pad to remove 1200 grit and fi ner sand scratches. Set buffer to 1500-1800rpm and apply enough material for several passes over the sanded area.
