Typically, districts that seek to function as professional learning communities focus their efforts on creating teacher teams. In fact, the success of teacher teams is dependent on the quality of teaming at the district and school-wide leadership levels. This session will demonstrate how successful districtscapture the power of collaborative teaming throughout the entire districtby specifically and persistently directing and modeling the work of teamsat each level within the district.
