President, CEO and Director

Mr. Lamoureux has worked in the venture capital marketsfor the past 8 years, specializing in the design andimplementation of market strategies and corporatedevelopment. Mr. Lamoureux has particular expertise inthe mineral exploration and development sector. Duringhis time working in the venture capital markets, Mr.Lamoureux has financed a number of successful privateand public companies

Mr. Berka is a graduate engineer with a M.Sc. (Dipl.Ing.)degree from the Slovak Technical University, Bratislava,Slovakia (1968) and a member of the Association ofProfessional Engineers and Geoscientists of B.C. since1977. He has over 40 years international experience inEngineering, Marketing & Sales and BusinessAdministration. He also has extensive experience in themanagement, marketing, promotion and administration ofpublic companies as well as in the CorporateCommunications, shareholders information, public relationand contract negotiations. During the past 34 years Mr.Berka has served as a Director and Officer of various publiccompanies traded on the TSX and TSX Venture Exchangesand the NASDAQ System in USA.

Director

Mr. Chung holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology from theUniversity of British Columbia and received a Masters of BusinessAdministration in IT from Athabasca University.

Mr. Chung is experienced in project management and possesses extensiveskills in bringing companies to the public markets and negotiatinginternational transactions. As a director for numerous companies, Mr. Chungconducted operations throughout North and South America as well as Chinaand is experienced in coordinating asset acquisition, financings, andmarketing for multi-location international businesses.

As a geologist, Mr. Chung helped research and identified a suite of lithiumprojects including the Mariana brine in Argentina, the Avalonia project inIreland and the Mavis Lake lithium/rare metals project in Ontario. Theseprojects are now the core projects for International Lithium Corp and theirstrategic partner Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium Co Ltd. of China.

Director

Mr. Findlay has over 23 years of experience in the mining and resourcesectors, having served in various senior sales and management roles withAtlas Copco, a global leader in the manufacture of mining, drilling,construction and industrial equipment, from 1988 through 2004. Mr.Findlay has since worked with various mineral exploration and oil and gasissuers, including Simba Energy Inc., Lateegra Gold Corp., First Mexican GoldCorp. and West Hawk Development Corp. He is an honours graduate fromHaileybury School of Mines (1987).

• Trend of known lithium pegmatites. Historic reports of high-grades and sizeable resources (Lasmanis, 1977)

Lasmanis (1977) summarized “Lithium Resources in the Yellowknife Area, Northwest Territories, Canada” and concluded:

“Detailed mapping and surface sampling of fourteen properties within the district has demonstrated the presence of 49,000,000 tons of rock to a depth of 152 m (500 ft) having an average grade of 1.40% Li2O. These resources could be developed if and when market conditions place a strain on available supplies.” *
