I have to inform the House that it has been decided LhaL the sitting Members of the teiiitories of Hyderabad added to the State of Andhia who aie deemed to have been elected Lo the Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly under clause (&) oi sub­section (1) oi section 29 of the States Reorganization Act, 1956, should take the piesciibed oath oi animation oi allegiance LO the Constitution of India, before taking then seats m the A.ndlna

Membeis will be called upon one b\ one and as each Membei is called, he or she is requested to appioach the Secretaiv * table foi the purpose oi taking the oath 01 aiRrmation The printed iorm oi the oath 01 aihrmation to be made and subscitbed b, each Membei will be handed over to the Membei b\ the Secretary

Each Membei aitei taking the oath or aiRrmation and aftei subscribing his name m the registei kept for the purpose, wdl be entitled to take his seat as a Member of the Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly I mav state that except foi the h( n Mmisteis, no seats ha\e been leserved, and hon Membei b ma\ ior the time being occupv a m available seat Aftei the election oi the Speaker, he will decide the oidei m which the hon M e m beis shall sit m the House
