conference venue is near beach, it is warm at day time but cooler in

the morning and at night. You may prepare some clothes.

and prepare all your relevant needs and GCPs, in order to maximize

your learning experience at the upcoming ER Summit in Taiwan. Please

do prepare GCP in your LC or entity and set personal goals for this

summit. (Check attachments)

High Speed Rail

1. Take shuttle bus to Taoyuan High Speed Trail Station

Ticket price: NT$30,

Intervals: 5 - 10 minutes intervals during peak times.

It will take you around 20-30mins

2. Taoyuan High Speed Trail Station to Kaohsiung Zuoying Station

Hours of operation: 06:52-22:31

Ticket price: NT$1,330

Intervals: 25-35 minutes intervals during peak times.

It will take you around 1.5 hours

3. Take metro from Zuoying THSR (R11) to Kaohsiung main station (R16)

Night Event

Global village will be held on Dec. 7th, Friday. This

event can let you know more culture of other

countries. In this part, we will show the culture of our

entity! CC team will prepare lots pop music from

every entity you come from! Let’s enjoy the Asia

Night!!!!

To make the GV more FUN We wish you can……

1. Each entity will have 1 stand. The long table’s

length will be 120cm. (If you want to

combine with other entity please make CC

know before you come to Taiwan)

2. Prepare your entity’s alcohol and dishes that

go with wine are necessary.

3. Prepare your traditional beer game what you

can have interact with other DG’s (around 100 ppl) and make

them can enjoy beer from your entities in your stand.

4. You can also introduce drinking culture in your entity.

5. Each entity is welcome to prepare one AIESEC dance to lead

everyone in the GV.

6. Do NOT bring National flag or any kind of stuff with

national flag’s pattern

Light Party

After GV, why not join our light party aside beach? With beer and music,

let’s us enjoy the breeze comes from sea and beauty under the star.

Taiwan Night Have you been to Taiwan’s night market? In Taiwan’s night, we will

show you some kinds of game to you and let you know what we usually

play in the night market. After buffet, we will let you know

what’s Tai Ker Dance, and traditional drinking games.

Conference hotel is THREE hours far from Kaohsiung. It will be

complex and expensive if you go by yourself. We highly

recommend you to take our shuttle Bus.
