AP Integrated Systems is a synthesis of fabricated steel structural systems, cutting-edge erection technologies, and modular components that create 6-to 20-story residential and hospitality buildings that are significantly less expensive than comparable conventional construction.
The backbone of the AP Integrated Systems is an advanced, engineered, load-bearing, lightweight, patented, and UL-rated steel structural panel. The load-bearing panels are arranged to carry conventional pan-deck concrete floor spans up to 26 feet, maximizing steel’s strength capacities without reaching its limited deflection capabilities. Standard pan-deck type concrete floor systems are used to complete the institutional grade construction system with superior sound and fire-resistive characteristics.
The steel panels are made of
structural tube steel posts with
light-gage furring channels and
neoprene spacers. When combined
with Type X Gypsum Wall Board, the
steel panels create a fire-resistive
assembly, allowing unlimited
building area that meets high-rise,
Type I Construction requirements.
The panel’s UL-rated walls provide
superior Sound Transmission Class
(STC) rating.
