The attention of all Deputy Executive Engineers is invited to
this office endorcement cited, wherein decision has been taken for
closing of works as in where in condition during review meeting
held on 1-8-2015 by the Secretary to Government, W.R.Department at
Hyderabad. Accordingly nearly 30 works are identified for closing
of works as in where is condition. But the Deputy Executive
Engineers have not submitted the bills even after lapse of two
months. The Deputy Executive Engineers are well aware that the
APCBTMP Programme is going to be closed by March 2016. In view of
the above, if the bills are not submitted immediately the bills
will not be paid after March2016 and the Deputy Executive Engineers
will be personally held responsible for any lapses in this
regard.
Therefore, the Deputy Executive Engineers are requested to look
into the matter personally and submit the bills immediately without
further call from this office.
This may be treated as Most Urgent.
