• Attribution Theory-• deals with people• knowing the stage of development of each

of my staff will help me with talking with each individual about the Redesigning of their job & duties as well as the Reward system I want to include

to pay to fill vacancies• ***separate budget for each shift

Short term-Now!

Goal

• More efficient use of the staff on the day shift by creating a larger pool to fill shift vacancies. I will use the surveys from the staff and other supervisors to make changes as needed.
