1990 Launched Apexa Enterprise and Shreya Software and forayed into selling computer hardware, Networking,

Training, and data processing in North Gujarat.

APEXAJourney so far

1994 Launched Apexa Computers Pvt. Ltd. To foray into IT training in collaboration with NIIT.

1999 Launched Apexa Information System Pvt. Ltd. – First Master Franchisee of NIIT for LEDA (K12 program of NIIT)

with 40 centers In Gujarat.

2004 Launched Tol Controls Pvt. Ltd. : A Dairy technology company, Launched nem.con : A software

development company. Also partnered with Reliance Infocom.

2006 Partnered with Vodfone and currently catering to 9 circles for Training ,Audit & HR services.

2010 Launched Aman Developers, Raj Developers, KDR Realtors Pvt. Ltd. & Later

Apexa Infraproject Pvt. Ltd.

11Why we are different? APEXA RECRUITER

Training is core competency area. Recruitment is core competency area.

Trainers are groomed and nurtured through periodic intervention and skill

enhancement program

They are just another set of employees and dependency is more on the

principal company to hone their talent.

We manage an attrition rate of less than 6% because our trainers are our

reasons to exist. They are our real assets.

Attrition and recruitment are a part of the rigmarole and the special talent

is nowhere acknowledged.

We run an evolved HR policy that believes in payments of salaries and

allowances in time.

This depends on the timeliness of the parent company to reimburse the

previous claims.

We conduct a robust appraisal system with redefined KPIs shared with

our trainers. At the end of the year, hikes and bonuses are paid

accordingly to the performance.

No such practice by recruiters. In fact most of the time they don’t even

meet their employees as they work for the principal company.

Equipping the trainers with the latest technological aids like laptop,

projectors, data cards and smart phones is a by default practice by us.

Cost is not charged by recovered over a period of time

Is provided only if it is demanded by the client and separate cost is

charged for that.

We can make in house modules and customize training programs by

clubbing classroom training with on-the-job training. Also we can conduct

outbound programs.
