Sign In SheetsSpecial opportunity for attendees: Representatives from BC/BS, Fallon Community Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim, Neighborhood Health Plan, Tufts Health Plan, Anthem, and NGS/Medicare have been invited to attend to meet with attendees for one-on-one half hour consultations on Friday to resolve specific unpaid claim issues. Members must pre-register for one or more of these consultations when registering for the meeting. Members will be notified of their time slot prior to the meeting. Members will need to bring supporting paperwork with them. Claims consultations available to APMA members and their staff only.

Claims ConsultationsDoctors will be awarded Continuing Education Contact Credit Hours only for those days for which they have signed in. There will be two daily sign-in sheets, available during the morning and afternoon breaks, to verify attendance for credit. Sign-ins will be located in the Dorothy Quincy Ballroom. There will be two sign-ins on Sunday and those sign-ins will be at the registration desk.

HIPAA Privacy and Security Training Privacy Rule 164.530 (b)(1)

This seminar will present a morning of HIPAA Privacy and Security training to fulfill the requirements of Privacy rule 164.530 (b)(1) . This course, presented by Raymond Posa of the Manta Group, will cover all relevant privacy and security issues and participants will be asked to complete a test to demonstrate their comprehension of the material. A certification of completion will be awarded.

Learn how Social networking can allow your practice to reach significantly higher numbers of prospective patients at a very low cost through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & blogging.
