10.10 Student feedback mechanism on Institutional Governance/ Faculty performance
Feedbacks from the students on various issues pertaining to Academics, Library, Laboratory, etc. are obtained through various scientifically textured appliances. Specifically designed questionnaires feed information from the students. These systems offer a scope both for the Principal and the faculty and the Management as well to read the minds of students, and their areas of concern. These also help the Management to institute action for re‐drawing the chart, where ever necessary.

Identified tools for segregated, and collective reading of the problems in its totality have been employed. The Methodology of understanding the grievances of all concern, in their respective segments, and in totality has been evolved to address the grievances at the shortest possible time. Regular meetings amongst the staff, between the Principal and the Staff are a routine feature. Where ever necessary the involvement of Management is sought through the Director. The Director has his own monitoring and feedback channel open all the time along with a finger of his constantly on the pulse of all concerned
