Applicant information: Collecting applicant data including:-

Name, Tel, Residence, Specialization, Graduation, Birth Date Experience and enclose the supported documents whatsoever (CV, SSN, Certificates) as a scanned image of max. 5 MB of each file.

Note, the scanned file stored at the database table and also the file itself being copied to the database location, to maintain binary data files. Attachment: Adding/deleting the files enclosed to applicant by browsing for file location. Mark Applicant: Using this option is solely for the senior manager to mark some or few of applicants to be the next group of examination, and then unmark them.

Results: Containing the evaluation meter of each applicant including: The most key-success factors of employment "LPAC" - Language - Personality - Appearance - Computer Literacy

After selecting a grade from 0 to 10 of each characteristic then write down the job recommended if any and remarks.

Approved/Not Approved Button to be pushed only by the senior management for the approved applicant and non-approved ones.

Statistics: Showing detailed statistics of Applicants (Total, male, Female, Tested, Not Tested, Approved, Not Approved) - being refreshed every 60 seconds to reflect the actual statistics considering that multiple users are connected and affecting the data results timely.

Search/Advanced Search Search: for an applicant name to avoid redundancy of entries.

Advanced Search: For applicants using any of their characteristics/data as search criteria to stand on what company needs most and least of characteristics.

Users Privileges: Database Server/Client/Connection The first run of this software user should create a server side of the database in order the other users to connect to same database.

If this is the server PC please choose server option at the left frame otherwise choose the client.

It's preferable to do the backup manually to make sure data binary and physically is packed correctly to avoid loss/damage. Database Backup/Restore Software shall reveal on the actual database path to be able to make your own backup any time. Restoring the database to the new selected one as per user's need and at all time it should be names and path should end with [db.db] Software activation The licensed copy of Software is corresponding to user's machine's fingerprint which shown on the activation form a user ID represents user's machine ID and the activation code is the correspondent license code.

To get your copy licensed the user ID should be sent to GSI Technologies to get the correspondent Key. The Demo version enables the user to try using the software with limited functionality and using only some of the software features.

FAQ - How to: - Add new applicant

1- Press New icon 2- Enter Applicants data 3- Press Save icon - Edit an applicant's Data 1- Press Edit icon 2- Adjust data as required 3- Press Update icon - Delete applicant's Data

1- Select applicant by navigating to its data or by search or by selecting Applicant's name 2- Press delete icon

- Search for applicant 1- Press Search icon 2- Enter criteria and data to search 3- Press search icon - Test applicant

1- Privileged user to select applicant by navigating to its data or by search Or by selecting applicant's name 2- Put each examination score of LPAC and then put remarks and Recommendations 3- Click save icon

- Approve/reject applicant 1- Privileged user to select applicant by navigating to its data or by search

Or by selecting applicant's name 2- Click edit 3- Push the button of approve/reject applicant 4- Click save - Mark some applicants
