Try to be as detailed as possible in describing your relationship to the detained person, for example: ‘Friend’ is not sufficient information: describe how long you know each other, from where you know each other, when was the last time you met, etc. Family relationships should be described in detail, for example: ‘my mother is a sister of the detained person’. Instructions:
