Note *1 - Member name and number This exhibition is for financial WWA members only. Please make sure you have paid your 2015 subscription.

Note *2 – web catalogue interfaceDo you wish to disclose your email address, mobile phone number and/or your website URL in “Exhibitors’ List” of WWA exhibition website? For an example, please refer to the 2014 web catalogue in WWA website.

Note *3 – Postal addressYour postal address is required when the invitation card is sent, and the cheque for your bond refund is sent.

Note *4 – BondChoose one of the methods. We placed our preference of selection method in order on the application. If you use the EFT method, do not forget to include your name in the remarks. If the WWA cannot identify who has paid this will most definitely affect your claim that a payment has been made and it will become an accounting nightmare for the treasurer.

Note *5 – Payable nameThe bond will be refunded by a cheque. Please state the payee that you would prefer the cheque to be made out to.

Note *6 – No of itemsWrite how many items you intend to submit. A set of items can be counted as one item. However for selling the set would then have to be sold as one item. Please place items in order of your priority. It is unlikely, however, we may have to adjust the numbers of items that we can show in the exhibition.

Note *7 – Item sizePlease follow the format of “Width x Depth x Height mm” such as “400x400x1900 mm”. If a hanging exhibit then also state weight.

Note *8 – items description

The description will be shown on the wall at the exhibition and the web catalogue. The description is optional. Any relevant interesting story may help to sell you exhibit.

Note *9 – Retail priceIf you intend to sell, please specify a retail price. You must pay the GST and commission to the Gallery. No exceptions are allowed as the Lane Cove Gallery is a GST registered company with which we are dealing.

Not For Sale: The Lane Cove Gallery strongly recommended not placing NFS items. The Committee strongly urges this also. The gallery has allowed the Committee to make a very few exceptions, so, any exception sought will be decided on a case by case basis. We were told by the Gallery management that all the items shown in the 2014 exhibition, in their opinion, were of a standard that could have been sold. If you have a problem with deciding on a price then contact a member of the committee as we intend to arrange competent assistance with this.

Note *10 – PhotosHigh-resolution photos are required. The Gallery will choose a photo to display on the invitation cards. A good photo will go a long way when this sought after position is allocated by them. Good quality photos of your items are also important to enable the exhibition committee to judge technical competence and aesthetics and will be most important if help is sought in relation to a sale price. They are also important for the web catalogue. If you find it difficult to produce good photos the committee will provide a photo session. Tell us if you think you will need assistance.

Note *11 – Display methodYou must provide your own stand or support if your exhibit is not a small item or requires some extra equipment for to exhibit it. Hanging space is available but the weight of any hanging exhibit will be a consideration. The Gallery does not have a high ceiling. The overall height of an exhibit (and any plinth or stand) is limited to 2.2 m.

Please also note.Business cards and holders:Prepare you're business cards and holders if you wish to advertise yourself.

Submitting the application form.(1) The sooner, the better:As soon as your application is received and photos of your items are attached, we will upload your photos to the web catalogue. Your items will be shown in the website in order of arrival of application forms. This could have a positive effect on your exposure to the market.

However, just before the exhibition starts, the order may be changed. The Gallery allocates item exhibit numbers and the web catalogue will have to follow their decided numbers.

If you can sell your items prior to the exhibition, please do so and let us know your changes as soon as possible.

(2) Word doc. We would appreciate you submitting your application as a Word document. Please do not change it to a PDF document. If you choose handwriting, please PRINT clearly!
