Apply for UT-Austin graduate admission at www.ApplyTexas.org

Remit $65.00 non-refundable application fee as per the Graduate School’s instructions

Upload current resume, statement of purpose, three letters of recommendation (one of which must be from your current principal) AND an unofficial updated copy of candidate service record from most current school district though Apply Texas.

Remit a $50.00 non-refundable ELP Program Application Fee (Proceeds may be used in general support of the College of Education ). Send a check or money order made payable to “The University of Texas at Austin” mailed to:

III. Assessment Center By Invitation Only on February 8th, 2020: Selected candidates will be invited to an Assessment Center in Austin, TX. Invited candidates will receive advance notification of their February 8th, 2020 assessment time, location and activities and must:

Bring three (3) copies of current professional résumé in TPLA Format as noted above Bring one (1) artifact of leadership experience to support the résumé. Artifacts can include a product created by a team,

department, action team, or committee you have contributed to and/or led Prepare a 10-minute Power Point presentation based on data-base prompt. The data set will be provided in advace to all

candidates who are invited to participate in the assessment center

SEPTEMBER through NOVEMBER 2019 Take the GRE NOW!

Nominations accepted for the 2020 Austin-based UPLA Cohort and should be submitted via the online Nomination Form by December 1st.Sign up to take the GRE Exam unless nominee has a valid score from exam taken within the last five years. Learn more about the GRE Exam.

Note: Because of our assessment process to select cohort members, this Program deadline is earlier than the Univeristy GIAC deadline

University Requirements:Submit Application to the UT Graduate and International Academic Center (GIAC) All requirements must be received by UT Graduate School by January 20, 2020 including:• Completed application• 3 Letters of Reference (one must be from current supervisor) via GIAC email request• Statement of Purpose• GRE scores• Official Transcripts• Upload your Resume in TPLA Format to your graduate school application via UTGraduate School's Admissions "Check My Status". This may be done 24-48 hours after submitting the UT Grad School application. The resume must include your Teaching Service Record to be uploaded in the Miscellaneous documents.

APRIL 2020 Acceptance Deadline for new students

MAY 4, 2020 Transition Camp for incoming TPLA Program Cohort Members. All students are expected to attend this weekend session.
