    How does Registered Apprenticeshipbenefit employers?In addition to available tax benefits and workforce developmentgrants in some states, Registered Apprenticeship benefitsemployers by providing them with a pipeline of skilled workerswith industry-specific training and hands-on experience.Registered Apprenticeship programs are customizable to matchemployers' needs, and highly flexible to always to meetemployers' changing requirements.

    How does Registered Apprenticeshipbenefit individuals?From day one, apprentices receive a paycheck that is guaranteedto increase as their training progresses.
