INTRODUCTION Upin and Ipin is a plan or television series children animation which appears for the first time on 14 September 2007. Upin and Ipin is subject for a short animation series show that advanced by a animation firm namely Les's Copaque Production in Malaysia and also original name to two main character in this series . Upin and Ipin is also by-product to “Geng Pengembaraan Bermula” film that display story animation series main character . Initially , Upin and Ipin broadcasted in conjunction with month of Ramadhan that is on year 2007 Masihi in TV9. Actually , animation series Upin and Ipin shown by aims to educate children to appreciate actual meaning month of Ramadhan . Animation Upin and Ipin is created by four people namely Hj. Burhanuddin Radzi , Hjh. Ainon Ariff , Mohd Nizam Abdul Razak and Mohd Safwan Abdul Karim . This plan generated by five directors namely Mohd Nizam Abdul Razak ( season 1- 3 ),Muhammad Usamah Zaid Yasin ( season 3-4 ), Mohd Nazmi Mohd Yatim and Mohd Faiz Hanafiah ( season 5 ), and Adam Amiruddin ( season 6 ). Now tell Upin and Ipin reached five years and unlimited in television , but also in DVD form and penstrimen video through internet . Animation Upin and Ipin successfully marketed overseas , especially neighboring country namely in Indonesia . Story Upin and Ipin have been listed before within Malaysia Book Of Records as "Animasi Paling Berjaya" in year 2011 1

THE SUITABILITY OF THE TV PROGRAM FOR

CHILDREN

Animation Upin and Ipin that broadcasted in TV9 tells on character Upin  and Ipin that is a

pair of twins Malay man that are 5-year-old that living together sister and their grandmother at

a village houses located in Kampung Durian Runtuh. Both of them had loss of both parents when

small. As  guide to tell twin that is bald-headed, Upin there is a hair spin in

the head and dressed yellow that written U letter in clothes. When Ipin clothes on the other

hand bald-headed smooth and dressed bluethat written I letter and wear red in clothes.

Among neck attractiveness in story Upin and Ipin is sentence "correct, correct, correct' that cited

by Ipin.Itu trademark character that frequently used in Upin story and Ipin that always be

remembered by children.

Role character in Upin story and particularly appropriate Ipin for children watch him

due to story line is very simple to be understood by children and simple and fulfil to

episode held. Not many deviant, see also confusion from story broadcasted in episode was

prescribed. Suitability story Upin and Ipin especially particularly appropriate for small child and

under child 12 year age to watch him. Dialogues used in story about Upin  and Ipin

also particularly appropriate for children due to speech very understood and near with

children' soul nowadays. In that story, there is many lessons was inserted for suitability children's

level when watch him .Animation too ,substantially rotation on daily life that

is full with attractive activity and travel that flutter. Activity carried out in animation that

can become an example to children and very suitable for children play.

THE TECHNIQUE (S) USED IN ATTRACTING

CHILDREN TO WATCH IN TERM OF COLOUR,

CONTENT, VOICE AND APPROACHES

Technique used in something television programme that animation for children must

intriguing and suitable for children watch him. Various aspects used among them colour

aspect used in something animation story, table of contents, voice, approach and

others more. Technique must fulfil taste that is suitable with children' soul when watch so that

more intrigued children to always watch him and make children more repeatedly to watch him.

If, in something television programme have attractiveness,automatically him children

more fond to continue to watch him.

From colour aspect in animation Upin and Ipin plays very important role because colour

technique used is patterned colourful that very dance interest of

children.Pattern is colourful that used in animation that make no children bored because

colour displayed colourful and not too tedious children when watch animation that. For

example, description of background or internal environment story Upin and Ipin that so

attractive children's attention to know various types of colours or more know

something colour. If children like something plan, some what make easy child to remember a

thing like colour or other materials. Colour used also give effect for children when

watching animation that. Through way, children be able to see various types of colours

in the daily life like red colour, blue, yellow, green an so on.

A part from that, technique used in a animation story is table of contents. Table of

contents used must gain and leave behind in-depth effect in self children. For example, deep

inside a animation story it must insert on elements that are positive and moral

values to form children's soul that increasing the growth like story line that incorporate on school

life and value friendship can children will always think by better through what is viewed by

him through animated television programmer. Children nowadays wanted animation that not

based upon culture solely, but more characteristic global and it need to be understood throughout

the world. Table of contents in animation modern need character that funny with table of

contents that is attractive so that can understand by both genders among children. It

also able play child development penalty role.

After that, television programmer that attract children's attention to watch him is through

technique voice used. In animation story Upin and Ipin, voice used display a lot voices that are

quite ludicrous like voice character brought forth by May May's character namely children

who noble Chinese by using voice that is pretty funny for children listen to it. Apart from that,

Jarjit character, Sikh children that particularly buoyant by using voice that is riper make

children easy to follow with voice used by both characters. Technique voice acted by

character Upin and Ipin also very  amusing heart children renders modern children

more fond story Upin and Ipin. For example,every time tell Upin and Ipin projected

at television, children has remembered on trademark that by Upin used character voice and Ipin

namely word "correct,correct, correct " that in repeat as much as three times.

However, trademark voice also become fad by adult group. This case show, voices used in a very

important animation series to produce

something tell that attract and compelling children. Voice used also must creative for heard by

children so that small children prefer to watch him .Without voice that is creative, so a

the animation story never afford pretty children to watch him.

A part from that, technique used in a animation television programme favoured by

children technique approach. Among technique approach that must be used is by

portraying approach that is suitable and near for children. For example, technique

approach shown in animation Upin and Ipin is approach on prayer, fast, respect elders, become

good child and so on. Approach moulded in that story also play and sharpen minds of children to

always think and also learnt matter that is new. Behind this plan inventor capacity, it

asks children to together think the solutions. However,children undertermined will sink in

just a entertainment, strikingly good-looking solely.

watch serial. This is because, thinking power adult had better compared children and able to

THE SUITABILITY OF THOSE TECHNIQUES

Every animation that broadcasted in television programme especially for children,must

follow suitability technique used to children so that can intriguing among children to watch.

Among suitability technique used in a animation is by incorporating good

values and according to lesson, moral, and good moral. This technique is very

important to encourage development children's thoughts to continue to expand because

now more intelligent and creative children when think. In this children level which

usually children love ask such-and-such if there is something misleading matter who

the thinking. Therefore, every animation should has value lesson that is suitable to children.

Technique used in animation Upin and very suitable Ipin and leave behind positive

effect in self children. Among them technique that according to lesson like respect older person.

Through story, it able to giving much good lead and encouragement to children for  does good.

For example, in Upin story and Ipin, it substantially tell how to respect people who are older like

Opah Upin and Ipin always advised them to respect their sister and cannot object every

the sister's words. This case show that story incorporate good value. 

Part from that, in Upin animation story and Ipin too , many stress technique that

according to value of friendship. Value of friendship highlighted is a method that is attractive for

children to continue to watch story. Upin relationship and Ipin with the friends are

very meaningful to be made a lesson to children so that they know on

friendship irrespective race, culture and religion. In that story, various ethnic play an important

role like the existence of Malay community, Chinese and India. Although there

are various tribes in school but they are very close befriend until they always

played outside schooling hours in every evening like playing hide-and-seek, marble, shoot fire.

This show that value of friendship molded through the story is very suitable to

be exemplified among children. Friendship value displayed so that children mutually

show attitude that is good to their friends.

After that, suitability technique used in a animation also must according to love. Value of

love should be kept in children's soul so that they love each other between one equally other

and not count whether love human or animal. Through value of love, children can

learn how way to love others. For example, in story Upin and Ipin, it stresses value of

love between a grandmother on the grandchild. Character

Grandmother showing attitude of love that is good that can make paragon in

animation that. Character Grandmother also very gentle in serve the grandchildren and never

raise voice when speak with the grandchild. Hence, through story children could learn

about meaning of love on the parents, friends and people who near with him.

SUGGESTION TO IMPROVE THE TV PROGRAM

Proposal for increase more television programmers that is shaped animation is

by extending narration to world through market this way, it can be marketed to other

countries to promote animation that to world dais between race because animation that

can growing rapidly with emergence of talent and idea that is more creative parallel

with sophistication world technology in time nowadays. It also able bring Malaysia's name to

world's eye with promotes this animation to country like Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and

another. Animation can probably become national icon by

bringing name, culture, race and story on people Malaysia so that can well

received outside animated kingdom. If like Upin and Ipin marketed to external market, certainly

Malaysia will be creating name because animation that created afford to raise Malaysia's

name to animated world .When  corner that get celebration that like that support-from external

citizens, animated high possibility that will change language to another language to be readily

understandable by other races.

Proposal which in turn to further increase TV programmer animation Upin and Ipin is by

concept more creativity that is attractive so that not boring children when watch animation that.

this aimed to encourage many more children to together know animation Upin and Ipin that aired

through television. Force very important creativity to enable no children fed

up to witness episode which in turn and make  waiting children to watch again. Creativity

that produced must be something that can understand by children because much modern force

children' thoughts in now. However, creativity produced must be something that can

be infused and learned by they.

In conclusion, animated technology that aired through capable television programmer play an

important role in children. Exactly, development animation is medium entertainment that

is closest with small audience and small wonder generally television station are not left behind to

run various animation program in nowadays. The, animation Upin and Ipin dominant  on

television because very keen children to watch, also this cartoon story doubled up attraction adult

regardless of religion and age because it shows many unsure unity and
