The evaluationis done by the National Epert !dvisory "ommittee on Innovation#Incubation and Technology Entrepreneurship# constituted by the$epartment consisting of eperts in the domain of %&$# technology

development & commerciali'ation# entrepreneurship etc. The$epartment shall ta(e a )nal decision to support the T*I based on therecommendation of the "ommittee.
