Religious Ed Classes Wednesday, April 20th, will be held at regular times.
Confirmation Class meets at 6:45 pm at St. Martin.
Pennies for Vocations: The Knights of Columbus have invited all
Students and parishioners to participate in the Pennies for Vocations.
All donations will be sent to those who answered God’s vocational
call. For Grades K-9 the collections will be taken on April 13th and 20th.
There will also be a donation jar in the entrance of the church for parishioners.
Abortion Presentation by Virginia Dolajak will be at St. Martin on April 20th at 7:00 pm. All
youth Grades 7-12 from St. Joseph and St. Martin are invited to attend. Parents are also welcome.
The Mass Comes Alive - Vacation Bible School will be held at St. Joseph. All children,
kindergarten through 4th grade are invited to attend. VBS will take place on June 1st, 8:00 am - 5:00
pm. Registration forms were sent home and are due no later than Wednesday, April 27th.
Please contact Jessie at 873-5006 with any questions or to volunteer.
Confirmation will be at St. Martin’s at 7:00 pm on Friday, April 29th. All are welcome to attend a
cake and punch reception following the Mass.
First Holy Communion will be Saturday, April 30th at the 5:00 pm Mass. A Parish Potluck will
follow Mass. Please bring a dish to share and join in fellowship to celebrate with the Communicants
and their families.
St. Joseph's Outreach Committee will be sponsoring bingo at the School House Apartments on Monday,
April 25 at 2 PM. All Sr. Citizens of St. Josephs and residents of the School House Apts. are invited to join in
the fun. Prizes and snacks will be provided. If you are in need of a ride please contact Audrey Krebs @ 873-
5949.

RE Classes meet at regular times on April 20, 2016. The last RE class of the Year will be April 27th. Confirmation will meet at St. Martin’s for the Abortion Presentation at 7pm next Wednesday, April 20th. Please see attachment for Confirmation Candidate introductions for the week. Confirmation will be held at St. Martin’s at 7pm on Friday, April 29th, with a cake and Punch reception to follow. First Holy Communion is Sunday, May 1st during the 10am Mass. All are welcome to a potluck after mass, please bring a dish to share and congratulate the 2nd Graders. The Abortion Presentation by Virginia Dolajak, Wednesday, April 20th is at 7pm in the church. This is for all youth grades 7-12 from both parishes. Parents are welcome! Steubenville Meeting next Wednesday, April 20th at 8:15pm. Please complete your online registration and bring your signed forms to this meeting. Raffle tickets are also to be turned in at the meeting. There will be a medical information and code of conduct forms to be filled out; parents please attend with your child. Thank You. St. Martin’s Steubenville Youth Group is looking for help from the parish to take brand new pajamas to the Conference in July. Partnership for Youth and Sweet Dreams for Kids are partnering up to donate new pajamas to Children’s Hospitals around the country. You can help by bring in new pajamas in sizes newborn to adult x-large. Please look for the drop boxes at both entrances of the church in the upcoming weeks. There are posters around the church with more details, please contact Heather with any questions. St. Martins Spring Cleanup: will be held next Saturday, April 23rd from 8:00am to 12 noon. Please come and help with various cleaning projects both indoor and outdoor. We will need equipment for moving the pea rock from the lawn to the alleyway. 59th Annual God Share Appeal: The Annual God’s Share Appeal, which supports the work of the
Catholic Church in western North Dakota, will be conducted in two weeks on April 30- May 1st.
The God’s Share Appeal is not just another Sunday collection. It is a unified effort in which all
Catholics of the Diocese of Bismarck join together to further the mission and ministry of the
Catholic Church in western North Dakota. It is an opportunity to voluntarily support the work of the
larger church by returning a portion of what God has given to us through a pledge to the God’s Share
Appeal. In the next two weeks, you will be receiving a letter, brochure and pledge envelope from
Bishop Kagan. Please take the time to prayerfully consider what you are able to give in support of
Bishop Kagan’s ministry.
Jubilee Mass will be held on April 27th: Bishop Kagan will celebrate a special Mass for
jubilarians on Wednesday, April 27 at 3 p.m. at Cathedral of the Holy Spirit in Bismarck. This year,
those celebrating special anniversaries are: Fr. Marvin Klemmer (50 years), Fr. Joseph Chipson (40
years), Fr. Kenneth Phillips (25 years), and Fr. Glen Michael Millard (10 years).
Thirst 2016, A Eucharistic Conference: Who do you know that is thirsting? Join us October 28-30,
2016 at the Bismarck Event Center for THIRST 2016. This exciting and free event has something
for all ages and backgrounds. Featured guests include: Edwin Cardinal O’Brien, Dr. Ray Guarendi,
Audrey Assad, Leah Darrow, Fr. Dwight Longenecker, Cat.Chat, and others. Come and gather with
others from around the diocese and region to rediscover the depths of God’s love in this Jubilee Year

Mark Schultz will be in concert at Shiloh Christian School: Friday, May 6th at 7:30pm platinum-
Christian award winning recording artist, author and story teller will be performing at the Heringer
Auditorium at Shiloh Christian School in Bismarck, ND. Tickets are on Sale now at the Rainbow
Shop, Shiloh Christian School in Bismarck and online at www.shilohchristian.org. Ticket prices are:
$25.00 for General Admission. Student Groups of 10 or more are $20.00 (no on line sales- tickets
must be purchased at Shiloh or the Rainbow Shop). Sponsorships and donations are still being

Camp ReCreation is looking for caring, compassionate and motivated volunteers (14 years or
older) to help at a summer camp for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Camp
activities include a fun-filled week of games, entertainment, music, swimming, bonfires, picnics,
dancing, prayers and much more! Volunteering at Camp ReCreation is a great opportunity for teens
to experience community involvement, youth development and attain confirmation service hours.
When volunteering at camp you can count on making new friends and learning what it feels like to
make a difference in the lives of many. Dare to Care today! The camp sessions are scheduled for
Sunday, June 7-Thursday, June 11 and Sunday, June 14-Friday, June 19. Volunteers can attend one
or both of the camp weeks. Counselors and numerous volunteers are needed each week to make

Camp ReCreation is a summer camp located in Richardton and is dedicated to people with
intellectual and developmental disabilities. We need your help! Camp ReCreation is in need of
volunteers (counselors, teachers, task force, cooks, nurses, entertainers, etc.) The camp sessions are
