Discussion points

• SMG: Less than 20% Representation from Academia >30% of our members have been in the same TC for > five years

• Similar trends in some (not all) TCs• Representation (Academia/Industry/Govt) in some TCs seems

skewed – which may be appropriate in some areas• Bottom line: Each TC should consider their current profile and,

as appropriate, set goals and actions to improve• Plan to hold Telecon with Membership chairs/TC chairs in next

few weeks to provide forum to share best practices and concerns
