Returns are accepted only if it can be confirmed that the Tokyo Subway Ticket and Toei Bus One-Day Pass are unused, and that the packaging, pass case, and stickers are all intact. Returns require the payment of a \220 handling fee and can be made at the location of purchase. Returns can only be made during business hours on the day of purchase. When returning the product to the location of purchase, please bring the passport you displayed upon purchase.
