The years following 1963 the year in which

was founded, have witnessed many successful

developments. Even in those early years,we were

conscious of how important production of compressed

air is for the growing industries of developing countries.

The time passing by has proved us right. Our first

productions of 200 It./min stroke volume compressors

was followed by production of over 100.000 industrial

and portable compressors of a vast range upto 60.000

It/min stroke volume. We owe this success which makes

us unique in the compressed air subject, to following

the technological developments related to our field and

to our decisions, taken correctly and in the right time

and directed towards the requirements of the industry.

komsaq 's contributions to the development of the

Turkish industry is the cause of our justified pride in

our field. Komsaq is the first company to export a

"brand-name" from Turkey. Meanwhile, about 30.000

compressors, screw air-ends and many pneumatic tools

were exported to the western countries and Mid-

East, komsaj which is the sole company designing and

producing in Turkey, the air units for screw compressors,

has not left the leadership in the compressed air for so

many years and will continue to be so by its

manufacturing power, by the experience of many years

strengthened by research and following closely the

In the year 1981 komsaif who receivedtechnology, pattern equipment, specialtooling, fixtures and technical support fromthe Dutch Company Grasso which is knownthe world over in the field of air compressors,has proven its quality world over by realizingthe production of that brand 100% locallyand exporting to Holland under the brandname Komsaf] Grasso. komsaij who madeexportations to Pakistan,Russia,Syria andIraq, has signed a Joint Venture Agreementin 1995 with Tashkent Compressor Factoryof Uzbekistan.
