Aquinas College PTA

A very warm welcome to the 2019 school year from the Aquinas College PTA. The committee is committed to both fundraising and to creating memorable and successful school community events.

The goals of the PTA are to work alongside the Principal, the Board and Teachers to build a strong and vibrant school community and to raise funds that benefit the students and the school.

Twilight Festival

Our first event for the year is our Twilight Festival. On Thursday March 7th the whole school and friends are invited to this event being run from 3pm- 7.30pm. Dress in house colours and complete as many activities as you can! Food and entertainment stalls will be operating and it promises to be a fun evening for all.

Aquinas sports clubs, cultural clubs, charity groups and the Fiddler on the Roof production group will be running food and entertainment stalls as part of their fundraising.

About the PTAThe PTA meets following the Board of Trustees meeting twice per term at 5pm at the school staffroom and we welcome new members in 2019. The next meeting is Tuesday 2nd April. If you are not able to attend meetings you can become a ‘Friend of the PTA’ – we will email you when we need a hand, whether it be a morning tea or setting up for one of our events.
