SECTION 2

• This section tell us that we have the right to have

privacy and security. We cannot be arrested

without a warrant of arrest. Our protection is not

only in our house but it extent to open spacesmeaning even sealed letters need a valid search

warrant to examined it.

• There are probable cause which there are

circumstance that in a particular acts orcommitted specific omissions violating our law

warrant of arrest are needed.

SECTION 3

•  A person has the right to have privacy in terms

of communication. Also stated here any

evidence obtained in the violation of this section

will be judged by the law.• The right of privacy is the right of a person to be

free from unwarranted publicity, or disclosure

and as the right to live without unwarranted

interference by the public in matters with whichthe public is not necessarily concerned.

SECTION 4

• This section states that we all have the right tospeak or the freedom of speech.

• No law shall abridge our freedom of speech butit has certain limitations.

• The right of assembly is the right of any citizensto meet peaceably for consultation in respect topublic affairs.

• The right of petition means the right of any

person or group of persons to file a case to theappropriate office of the government for rednessof grievances.

SECTION 5

• This section gives us the right to choose

our belief and shall not prohibit any

establishment of any religion.

• The license fee or tax on sale of any

religious property are free.

• This section gives us the right to travel

except in the interest of national security.

• Public safety, public health may be

provided by law.

reports and to documents and papers

pertaining to official acts.

• This give us the right to form unity in forms

of organizations like unions, association or

societies but the purpose is not to abridge

the law.

SECTION 9

• There are three great government powersnamely the power of eminent domain, policepower and power of taxation.

• In eminent domain the right or power of the state

or of those to whom the power has been lawfullydelegated to take private properly for public usewith just compensation.

• For example MERALCO and MWSS this are

private corporations and this are for publicconsumption which are public necessity.

• Police power is the referred to enact such lawsin relation to persons and property.

•  And the last one is taxation this is the

power of the state to impose charge or

burden upon persons, property or property

rights for the use and support of thegovernment. Taxes are needed to help the

country move on.

SECTION 10

• Obligation of a contract is the law or duty whichbinds the parties to perform their agreementaccordingly to its term or intent, the agreement isnot contrary to law, morals, good customs,

public order or public policy.• Law is the enactment of which is prohibited

includes executives and administrative orders ofthe president, administrative orders issued headof the departments and ordinance enacted bylocal government. The contract, obligation ofwhich is secured against impairment under theconstitution.

• Every individual has the right to have a

free legal assistance if the person is

enable to pay court fees due to lack of

financial means or by reason ofindegence.

•  Any person who is under criminal

investigation he has the right to remain

silent to have legal counsel of his own

choice.

• He has the right not to be tortured, force,

intimidate and illegal detention.

• This section states that no person shall be

convicted without process of the law.

• Every person accused has the right to be

heard by the council to know every detail

of the case and have a public trial.

• This section states that a person has the

right to ask for warrant of arrest before he

was arrested, no authorities can arrest

anyone without warrant except there is arebellion.

• No persons is to put in prison for his

political aspirations and beliefs.

• No also involuntary servitude in exchange

for non imprisonment of his crimes.

• No person shall be in trial in the same

court by the reason he was there in the

second time.

• By putting a person into a same trial at the

same level of a court is called double

 jeopardy.
